On January 17, 2018, Attorney Andrea Amodeo-Vickery was appointed to the Hearings Committee of the New Hampshire Supreme Court’s Attorney Discipline System. Attorney Amodeo-Vickery has been appointed to a three-year term commencing January 1, 2018.
Upon referral from the Complaint Screening Committee and Disciplinary Counsel of the N.H. Office of Attorney Discipline, the Hearings Committee makes findings of fact and conclusions of law with regard to professional conduct complaints against state-licensed attorneys. The hearings panel then makes written recommendations to the Professional Conduct Committee with regard to alleged violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct.
